不同麻醉方式对老年肺癌根治术患者认知功能的影响 被引量：16

摘要 麻醉术后易出现神经系统的并发症,包括认知能力、记忆、思维、睡眠等的可逆性紊乱,统称为术后认知功能障碍(POCD)〔1〕。老年人由于神经功能衰退、代谢缓慢,POCD发生率较高〔2〕。本研究观察了不同麻醉术式对老年肺癌根治术患者认知功能的影响,并测定脑损伤标志物S100β蛋白和β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ),以进一步探讨可能的机制。1资料与方法：.
