氟比洛芬酯对老年冠心病患者行非心脏手术术后镇痛及心肌的影响 被引量:1

摘要 冠心病病人行非心脏手术可不同程度地加重心肌损伤〔1〕。麻醉、手术创伤及疼痛是加重心肌损伤的主要原因。氟比洛芬酯为新型非甾体类靶向镇痛药,目前已应用于术后镇痛及癌痛治疗〔2,3〕。但是将其应用在老年冠心病病人非心脏手术中的效果未见报道。本研究旨在观察氟比洛芬酯对老年冠心病病人行非心脏手术术后镇痛的效果,及其对心肌的影响。1资料与方法:.
