基于ZnT8表位肽和BTLA的疫苗对CD8^+T细胞的免疫抑制效应 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨ZnT8表位肽和B、T淋巴细胞弱化因子(BTLA)的疫苗对CD8+T细胞的免疫抑制效应。方法制备含有ZnT8表位肽和BTLA的疫苗,免疫人外周血单个核细胞,观察对CD8+T细胞的抑制效应。结果基于ZnT8表位肽和BTLA的疫苗抑制人外周血单个核细胞的CD8+T细胞增殖和活化。结论基于ZnT8表位肽和BTLA的疫苗对CD8+T细胞具有免疫抑制效应,为1型糖尿病的治疗提供了理论基础。
