后路椎间融合术治疗老年腰椎滑脱症患者31例 被引量:2

摘要 椎间融合术是临床上治疗腰椎滑脱症的一种有效手段,能有效维持椎间隙的高度,恢复腰椎的生理曲度,重建脊柱的稳定性,防止脊柱的进一步滑脱,改善患者的生活质量。本文观察后路椎间融合术治疗腰椎滑脱症患者的疗效。1资料与方法:.1临床资料我院2003年2月至2013年1月腰椎滑脱症患者31例,男14例,女17例;年龄60~76〔平均(67.8±4.4)〕岁,病程1~24年,平均(8.9±5.5)年。主要临床症状为慢性的腰背疼痛,其中26例伴有间歇性跛行,20例伴有一侧或双侧神经根痛症状,2例伴有马尾综合征。按照Meyerding分型。
