匹伐他汀多效性与临床应用 被引量：2

摘要 匹伐他汀是新型3-羟-3-甲基戊二酰辅酶A(HMG-CoA)还原酶抑制剂,先后于日本(2003年)、中国(2009年)和美国(2010年)上市,用于治疗原发性高脂血症和混合型血脂紊乱。本品通过阻断HMG-CoA转化成甲羟戊酸,降低肝细胞内胆固醇的含量,增强低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)受体的表达,提高LDL-C微粒的摄取,降低血浆总胆固醇浓度。1结构与作用他汀类结构中的侧链部分与HMG-CoA有相似的结构,与HMG-CoA还原酶产生竞争性结合而抑制其活性。
