微量右美托咪定复合罗哌卡因蛛网膜下腔麻醉在老年患者手术中的应用 被引量：6

摘要 右美托咪定(DEX)是新型高选择性肾上腺素能受体激动剂,具有镇静、镇痛和抗焦虑作用。DEX与α2、α1肾上腺受体结合的比例是1 620∶1,与α2肾上腺受体的亲和力是可乐定的8倍,具有镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑及稳定血流动力学的作用〔1〕。本研究观察微量DEX复合罗哌卡因蛛网膜下腔麻醉在老年患者手术中的临床效果。1材料与方法：.1一般资料经医院伦理委员会批准和签署知情同意书,
