阿尔茨海默病发病机制研究进展 被引量:42

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(AD)又称老年性痴呆,是一种中枢神经系统退行性疾病,主要表现为记忆和认知功能障碍、行为及人格异常改变。目前,AD已成为威胁老年人生活质量并导致死亡的最严重疾病之一,患者通常在确诊后的10年内不治而亡,给患者家庭及社会带来了极大的痛苦和沉重的负担。因此,AD的研究日益受到世界各国政府和学者的高度重视。但目前为止,其发病机制仍不十分清楚,诊断手段严重滞后,特效的治疗方法更是无从谈起。
