酪氨酸激酶受体、多药耐药基因1蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原在小鼠心脏不同部位的表达

摘要 目的研究小鼠心脏固有心房、心耳、左心室、右心室和室间隔酪氨酸激酶受体(c-Kit)、多药耐药基因1蛋白(MDR1)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达有无差异,为小鼠心肌干细胞(CSCs)的分离、培养提供实验依据。方法取体重为38~40 g的6只BALB/C小鼠心脏,常规石蜡切片,采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测c-Kit、MDR1、PCNA的表达。结果小鼠的固有心房、心耳、左心室、右心室和室间隔的c-Kit表达由高低依次为左心室、心耳、室间隔、固有心房和右心室(P<0.01),MDR1表达的由高低依次为心耳、右心室、左心室、固有心房和室间隔(P<0.05);PCNA在固有心房、室间隔与左心室三者间、心耳与右心室之间的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),固有心房、左心室和室间隔的表达较高、心耳与右心室较低(P<0.05)。结论小鼠心脏不同部位均存在c-Kit、MDR1和PCNA阳性细胞,c-Kit、MDR1、PCNA的表达均有差异,三者在不同部位的表达变化规律不明显。
