老年冠心病患者生长分化因子15基因多态性

摘要 目的探讨老年冠心病患者rs4808793〔生长分化因子(GDF)15基因-3148C>G多态性〕的相关性。方法冠心病患者(观察组)120例及相似数量、年龄、性别的正常体检者对照组100例,比较两组基线资料、血清炎性介质、血脂、GDF15基因多态性等指标。结果观察组炎性指标C反应蛋白(CRP)(t=7.699,P<0.01)、血细胞沉降率(ESR)(t=2.366,P=0.015)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α(t=2.228,P=0.030)、白细胞介素(IL)-6(t=2.644,P=0.012)水平均显著高于对照组;观察组甘油三酯(TG)(t=5.148,P<0.01)、总胆固醇(TC)(t=7.508,P<0.01)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)(t=5.326,P<0.01)水平均显著高于对照组;两组rs4808793基因型存在统计学差异(χ2=9.315,P=0.010),而rs4808793等位基因并无显著差异(χ2=0.348,P=0.56)。结论 rs4808793与老年冠心病患者有着密切的联系。
