一氧化氮在糖尿病脑病发病机制中的相关作用 被引量:1

摘要 一氧化氮(NO)被认为是连接糖尿病(DM)神经病变血管学说与代谢学说的桥梁,在DM中枢神经病变的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。研究发现DM脑病(DE)大鼠脑组织中一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性增加,NO水平升高,NOS mRNA表达显著升高,过多的NO导致神经元损害〔1,2〕。NO的代谢失衡可导致DE大鼠学习记忆功能减退。本文就NO代谢失常在DE发病机制中的作用做一综述。
