自噬与神经退行性病变研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 神经退行性疾病主要包括阿尔茨海默病(AD)、亨廷顿舞蹈病(HD)和帕金森病(PD)等。共同病理特征是神经元内存在大量错误折叠并易聚集的蛋白质,如突变的α-共核蛋白、β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)、tau蛋白、亨廷顿蛋白(Htt)等对神经元产生毒性作用,从而影响神经元之间的连接性和可塑性,甚至可能触发细胞死亡信号通路的激活,导致神经元大量死亡。自噬作为真核细胞中普遍存在的一种溶酶体依赖型途径,
