摘要
目的探讨大鼠海马认知障碍对糖脂代谢的影响及其与海马神经元凋亡的关系。方法采用Aβ1~42海马注射构建认知障碍大鼠模型,利用全自动生化分析仪检测大鼠血糖血脂水平,TUNEL法检测大鼠海马神经元凋亡。结果 1实验组大鼠FPG为(7.83±0.31)mmol/L、TG为(2.30±0.14)mmol/L、TC为(4.55±0.15)mmol/L、LDL为(2.39±0.08)mmol/L,均明显高于假手术组和对照组(P<0.05)。2实验组大鼠海马神经元凋亡指数为71.37%±3.15%,假手术组和对照组分别为18.66%±3.20%、15.36%±4.25%,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论海马认知障碍可引起血糖血脂水平升高,其机制可能与海马神经元凋亡有关。
Objective To investigate the effects of cognitive impairment in hippocampus of rats on glucose and lipid metabolism and its relations with hippocampus neuronal apoptosis. Methods Aβ1 ~ 42 was injected into the hippocampus of rats,automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect glucose and lipid levels,hippocampal neurons apoptosis in rats was tested with TUNEL. Results The level of blood glucose( FPG) in experimental group was( 7. 83±0. 31) mmol / L; the level of total triglyceride( TG) was( 2. 30 ±0. 14) mmol / L; the level of total cholesterol( TC) was( 4. 55± 0. 15) mmol / L and the level of low-density lipoprotein( LDL) was( 2. 39±0. 08) mmol / L,which were significantly higher than those of sham and control groups( P < 0. 05). The hippocampal neuronal apoptosis index of experimental group was71. 37% ±3. 15%,while those in sham and control groups were 18. 66% ±3. 20% and 15. 36% ±4. 25% respectively,and there were significant differences( P<0. 05). Conclusions Hippocampal cognitive impairment could cause the elevation of blood lipid levels,which might be related to the hippocampal neuronal apoptosis.
