伴高同型半胱氨酸血症的老年精神分裂症患者认知功能的P300 被引量:1

摘要 目的应用事件相关电位P300(P300)探讨老年精神分裂症伴发高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)患者的认知功能。方法选择符合ICD-10精神分裂症诊断标准同时伴HHcy的老年患者40例作为研究组,选择40例无同型半胱氨酸水平异常精神分裂症老年患者作为对照组。各组分别予P300检测,比较P300潜伏期、波幅及反应时间的差异。结果研究组与对照组比较,FZ、CZ、PZ、OZ点潜伏期及反应时间延长(P<0.05或P<0.01)、FZ、CZ、PZ、OZ点波幅降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论伴HHcy的老年精神分裂症患者的认知功能损害更严重。
