膀胱尿路上皮癌术后组织中Pygopus-2、Kruppel样因子4和5表达关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察膀胱尿路上皮癌术后组织中Pygopus-2、Kruppel样因子(KLF)-4和KLF5的表达及其临床意义。方法 97例膀胱尿路上皮癌术后组织作为研究组,以80例距肿瘤边缘>3 cm的正常膀胱黏膜组织作为对照组,应用免疫组化方法检测两组中Pygopus-2、KLF-4和KLF-5的表达。结果两组中Pygopus-2、KLF-4和KLF-5表达的阳性率差别有统计学意义。研究组中Pygopus-2、KLF-4和KLF-5表达的阳性率与肿瘤的分级、脉管浸润、膀胱周围组织浸润均密切相关。相关性分析显示研究组中KLF-4和KLF-5的表达呈负相关性。结论膀胱尿路上皮癌术后组织中Pygopus-2和KLF-5高表达、KLF-4低表达,KLF-4和KLF-5具有协同负向作用,不仅可以促进肿瘤的发生,还对肿瘤的播散及进展有重要意义。
