经脐单孔腹腔镜手术在普外科应用85例 被引量：8

摘要 脐是胚胎时期人体的自然通道,脐孔是腹壁唯一可见的天然瘢痕,脐孔皮肤皱褶便于隐藏手术造成的瘢痕,既能达到隐藏瘢痕的美容效果,又可避免经胃、直肠、阴道等自然孔道引起的继发感染及人为穿孔,因而经脐单孔腹腔镜手术(TU-LESS)成为微创外科医生们的首选。本研究旨在探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜手术疗效。1资料与方法1.1临床资料85例患者中男26例,女59例,
