海马神经再生在抑郁中的作用及机制 被引量:4

摘要 与压力有关的疾病,尤其是焦虑和抑郁,其成年海马神经再生可以通过应激和抗抑郁药治疗来调节。另外,神经再生的改变只在慢性抗抑郁治疗中观察到而非急性,因此神经再生在抗抑郁治疗中起着关键作用。本文拟讨论成年海马神经再生与应激之间的关系以及应激诱导抑郁和焦虑对成年海马神经再生有何影响。传统观念认为,成年中枢神经系统是不可再生的,神经再生仅发生于胚胎期及出生后早期。
