冷冻球囊消融在房颤治疗中的优越性 被引量:5

摘要 冷冻球囊导管消融是治疗房颤的一项新技术,其原理是通过液态制冷剂的吸热蒸发,带走组织的热量,在球囊接触处进行消融,使得目标消融部位温度降低,病变的心肌细胞遭到破坏,阻止异常电信号的传递,从而达到预防和治疗心房颤动(AF)的目的。与传统的射频消融技术相比,不需要借助三维标测系统,冷冻能量形成的疤痕有保持内膜面完整性、连续性及纤维化边界清晰等特点。冷冻消融可保持细胞的连续性和骨架结构的完整性,且消融过程中对内皮组织的损伤较轻微,
