胸膜孤立性纤维瘤的诊疗进展 被引量：2

摘要 胸膜孤立性纤维瘤(SFTP)是一种少见、生长缓慢的间叶组织肿瘤。文献报道的病例数仅有900例左右。最初,SFTP被认为是发生于胸膜腔,并且是与胸膜相关的、界限清楚的孤立性肿块。组织来源、细胞特点及临床预后都不确定。随着人们对SFTP组织学及病理学表现认识的不断深入,发现SFTP组织学形态呈多样性,发病部位广泛,主要发生于胸膜,也偶发生于肺、生殖系统、腹腔、软组织和肌肉等处结缔组织〔1〕,
