颈动脉血管重构患者核因子κB的变化及意义 被引量:1

Change and clinical significance of nuclear factor-κB in elderly hypertensive patients with carotid aterial remodeling

摘要 目的探讨颈动脉血管重构患者核因子(NF)-κB的变化及意义。方法对老年体检人员血管行超声检测,选择38例具有颈动脉硬化血管重构者为研究对象(颈动脉重构组),以同龄颈动脉正常的老年人36例为对照组。常规检测心电图、胸片、血液生化等指标,同时用免疫组化方法检测外周血单核细胞NF-κB活化表达率。用直线回归分析法探讨颈动脉血管重构与NF-κB活化率的相关性。结果 1颈动脉重构组与对照组比较,颈动脉内径较对照组增宽,内膜-中层厚度(IMT)及斑块积分显著增加。2颈动脉重构组外周血单核细胞NF-κB活化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3颈动脉重构组NF-κB水平与颈动脉IMT、颈动脉斑块积分呈显著正相关。结论颈动脉重构与NF-κB活化率密切相关,NF-κB可能参与了颈动脉重构及粥样斑块形成的过程。 Objective To investigate the correlation of nuclear factor-κB( NF-κB) with carotid artery remodeling in elderly patients.Methods 38 elderly patients with carotid artery remodeling( aged 66. 32 ± 6. 10 years old) were chose into experimental group and 36 healthy persons into control group( aged 64. 36 ± 6. 23 years old). Circumference blood serum of all persons were gathered in early moring and serum peripheral blood mononuclear cells were extracted,then NF-κB activation expression rate was detected by immunohistochemical method. The common carotid artery( CCA) intima-media thickness( IMT),carotid diameter,carotid artery blood flow velocity and carotid artery plaque formation were detected by vascular ultrasound. Carotid plaque score was obtained according to the crouse method. Results Compared to the control group,the diameter of CCA in experiment group was increased,the systolic and diastolic peak velocity were decreased,the IMT was thicker,and the plaque score was higher( P < 0. 05). The NF-κB level of experiment group was significantly higher than that of control group( P < 0. 05). There was a positive correlation among NF-κB activation expression rate and vascular remodeling indicators,which including carotid artery diameter,IMT and vascular wall / cavity ratio,carotid artery plaque score,carotid artery resistance index and pulsatility index. Conclusions NF-κB might involved in the process of carotid atery remodeling in elderly patient.
