经皮微创钢板内固定技术治疗老年胫骨干骨折中内植钢板的辅助复位作用 被引量：6

摘要 间接闭合复位在经皮微创钢板内固定技术(MIPPO)中一直是手术操作的关键和难点。然而,借助内植钢板可实现胫骨干骨折的快速及精确的闭合复位。我院采用MIPPO技术治疗老年胫骨干骨折中,借助加压锁定接骨版(LCP)或动力加压接骨版(DCP)内植钢板进行骨折的闭合复位,均取得了比较满意复位效果。其复位原理是在骨折远、近端植入内固定钢板作为支点,再利用复位操作器进行复位,纠正骨折断端移位,
