结直肠腺癌患者术后组织真核翻译起始因子3h、Survivin和增殖细胞核抗原表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的应用免疫组化方法检测结直肠腺癌患者术后组织中真核翻译起始因子(EIF)3h、生存素(Survivin)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达,探讨三者在不同临床病理特征中的表达意义。方法 94例结直肠腺癌术后组织作为观察组,56例结肠腺瘤上皮内瘤变组织作为对照组,距肿瘤边缘>5 cm的正常黏膜组织56例作为正常对照组。应用免疫组化方法检测3组中EIF3h、Survivin和PCNA的表达。结果 3组中EIF3h、Survivin和PCNA表达的阳性率差异显著。观察组中EIF3h、Survivin和PCNA表达的阳性率均与肿瘤的肌层浸润深度、脉管浸润、淋巴结转移密切相关,EIF3h、Survivin表达的阳性率均与分化程度密切相关。观察组中EIF3h和PCNA、Survivin和PCNA的表达均呈正相关性。结论 EIF3h、Survivin和PCNA高表达在结直肠腺癌病变发生和进展中有重要作用,EIF3h、Survivin均可能通过调节PCNA表达增殖过程发挥生物学功能。
