高原地区原发性闭角型青光眼滤过术后发生恶性青光眼的危险因素 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨地区原发性闭角型青光眼滤过术后发生恶性青光眼的危险因素。方法分析该院2011年7月至2014年7月收治的180例(224眼)高原地区原发性青光眼患者进行滤过术后发生恶性青光眼(恶性:20例28眼)和未发生恶性青光眼(良性:160例196眼)的临床资料,分析术后发生恶性青光眼的危险因素。结果两组者术前眼压和晶体厚度比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),但术前方深度和眼轴长度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);年龄和青光眼类型是术后发生恶性青光眼的危险因素。结论年龄较轻、术前眼压较高、晶体厚度较厚以及慢性闭角型青光眼患者滤过术后易发生恶性青光眼。
