水通道蛋白在急性肺损伤中的作用机制 被引量:3

摘要 急性肺损伤(ALI)常导致急性呼吸衰竭,目前尚未完全阐明其发病机制。由于急性肺水肿是其主要病理学特点,故水在肺组织细胞内外、肺泡膜内外转运能力的强弱则成为ALI形成的关键。水转运机制主要有两种,一种是通过脂质双分子层的简单扩散,另一种是通过细胞膜蛋白质的选择性转运作用,大量证据表明这种细胞膜蛋白质的选择性转运作用是由水通道蛋白(AQPs)介导的,AQPs是肺内水转运的一个重要途径,
