阿尔茨海默病中钙稳态失调与CaMKⅡ表达间的关系 被引量:3

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(AD)又称为老年性痴呆,其主要病理特征包括突触变性、老年斑(SP)及神经纤维缠结(NFT),最终导致神经元丢失。目前关于AD发病机制的假说有多种,包括β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)假说、Tau蛋白过度磷酸化假说、兴奋性氨基酸假说、基因假说、慢性炎症假说、氧自由基导致的神经退行性病变假说、脑神经元凋亡假说等。近年来,越来越多的证据表明,Ca2+失调在AD的发病机制中发挥着重要的作用。
