摘要
目的探讨蜂胶槲皮素对N-硝酸-L-精氨酸甲酯(L-NAME)诱导的老年高血压大鼠血压的作用。方法采用L-NAME复制高血压大鼠模型。取60只老年大鼠(20个月),随机分为,空白组、模型组、高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组和卡托普利组,每组10只,灌胃给药4 w,采用尾动脉测压法测量给药前后老年大鼠的血压,观察心率(HR)变化、记录收缩压(SP)及舒张压(DP)。记录停药5、10 d后血压的变化情况。结果 给药后,蜂胶槲皮素各剂量组的老年大鼠血压明显降低(P<0.05),高剂量组在14 d时血压明显减低,而中、低剂量组在21 d时血压开始明显下降,且降压速度和卡托普利相当,降压效果比卡托普利持久。结论蜂胶槲皮素对L-NAME诱导的老年高血压大鼠血压和心率有降低作用。
Objective To observe the propolis quercetin on hypertension of old rats induced by L-NAME. Methods N-nitric acidL-arginine methyl ester( L-NAME) was used to copy the elderly hypertension rats model. 60 elderly rats(20 months) were randomly divided into blank,model,high dose,middle dose,low dose and captopril groups,each group of 10. The blood pressure was measured by tail artery manometry,the changes in heart rate( HR),record the systolic pressure( SP) and diastolic blood pressure( DP) were observed. Results After treatment,the blood pressure in propolis quercetin each dose group were significantly lower( P < 0. 05),the blood pressure was reduced in high dose group at 14 d,and,and it began to significantly lower in middle and low dosage groups at 21 d. Conclusions Propolis quercetin could reduce blood pressure and heart rate.
