老年骨肉瘤患者术后组织中星形胶质细胞升高基因-1、核因子-κBP65对血管生成的作用

摘要 目的检测老年骨肉瘤患者术后组织中星形胶质细胞升高基因(AEG)-1和核因子(NF)-κBP65表达,观察二者与白细胞分化抗原(CD)31阳性的微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法 79例老年骨肉瘤术后组织作为观察组,50例骨瘤脱钙后组织作为对照组。应用免疫组化二步法检测二组中AEG-1、NF-κBP65和CD31的表达。结果观察组中AEG-1、NF-κBP65蛋白表达的阳性率明显高于对照组,观察组中MVD值明显高于对照组,观察组中AEG-1、NF-κBP65表达、MVD值均与肿瘤的最大径、是否伴有坏死、脉管浸润、Ki67增殖指数及转移相关。相关分析显示AEG-1和MVD、NF-κBP65和MVD、AEG-1和NF-κBP65均具有正相关性。结论老年骨肉瘤患者术后组织中AEG-1、NF-κBP65高表达对促进肿瘤的发生和进展有重要作用,AEG-1、NF-κBP65均与肿瘤间质MVD有协同作用。
