米力农对慢性心力衰竭患者血清IL-6和胱抑素C水平的影响及其与心功能的相关性 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨米力农治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效和对血清白介素(IL)-6和胱抑素(Cys)C水平的影响及其与心功能的相关性。方法选取160例心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予利尿、强心、扩血管等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用米力农5 mg/d。治疗前后对患者进行超声心动图检查,记录心功能各指标,包括左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、左室收缩末期内经(LVDS)、左心房内径(LAD),左室射血分数(LVEF)和左室流出道最大血流速度(VLOVT)。比较两组患者治疗前后的血清IL-6和Cys C水平和各心功能指标。结果治疗组治疗后心脏功能总有效率显著高于对照组。治疗组血清IL-6和Cys C水平均显著低于治疗前及同期对照组。治疗组LVDd、LVDS和LAD显著低于对照组,LVEF和VLOVT显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。血清IL-6和Cys C水平与各心功能指标具有相关性(P<0.01)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者在常规治疗基础上加用米力农可以有效改善心功能,降低血清IL-6和Cys C水平,血清IL-6和Cys C水平降低与心功能改善具有相关性。
