载脂蛋白E基因型在老年人群中的分布及与老年认知损伤的关系

The frequency of apolipoprotein E genotypes and relation with mild cognitive impairment in the elderly

目的研究老年人中载脂蛋白(Apo)E基因型的分布状况,分析Apo E E4基因型与老年认知损伤发生的关系。方法随机选取546例老年人,根据Mo CA Version量表测评的内容进行老年认知损伤的早期筛查,抽取血液并分离白血细胞基因组DNA,用PCR技术扩增Apo E基因多态性位点,检测其基因型。结果在老年人群中Apo E E3/3为最常见的基因型,占72.89%,而E2/2最少见,占1.28%;认知损伤的老年人中Apo E E4等位基因频率明显高于对照组(χ2=46.658,P<0.001)。结论携带Apo E E4基因的老年人群是痴呆的高危人群,需要早干预,防止或延缓痴呆的发生。

Objective To study the frequency of apolipoprotein( Apo) E genotypes in elderly and analyze the relation between Apo E and mild cognitive impairment. Methods 546 elder cases were assessed by Mo CA Version for early screening. White blood cell genomic DNAs were separated. Apo E polymorphism sites were amplified by PCR. Results The common genotypes was Apo E E3 /3 which was72. 89% and the least was E2 /2 which was 1. 28%. Genotypes of Apo E E4 in mild cognitive impairment elderly was higher than that in common elderly( χ2= 46. 658,P<0. 001). Conclusions The elderly with Apo E E4 are risk population for mild cognitive impairment,early intervention is necessary to prevent the mild cognitive impairment.
