中老年足底筋膜炎及其康复训练研究进展 被引量：13

摘要 足底筋膜炎,又称作跖筋膜炎,比较典型的症状是晨起下床足部触地后或久坐后步行时出现剧烈疼痛,在行走数步后有所缓解,但步行距离过长或站立时间较久后,疼痛加剧,病情严重者在站立位休息时也有疼痛感。足底筋膜炎好发于40~70岁的中老年人,男女无明显差别。该疾病也多见于运动引起的足底筋膜的慢性损伤,其病因可能与经常长时间走路或健步走、登山、徒步旅行等活动密切相关,因为连续长时间行走,较容易引起足底慢性损伤,尤其是肥胖、长时间负重站立、
