单核苷酸多态性检测方法研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 单核苷酸多态性(SNP)占所有已知多态性的90%以上。SNP在人类基因组中广泛存在,平均每500~1 000个碱基对中就有1个,估计其总数可达300万个甚至更多。SNP分析技术按其研究对象主要分为两大类,1对未知SNP进行分析,即找寻未知的SNP或确定某一未知SNP与某遗传病的关系。检测未知SNP有许多种方法可以使用,如温度梯度凝胶电泳、变性梯度凝胶电泳、单链构象多态性、变性的高效液相色谱检测等,
