高炎症因子水平对身体功能的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目前研究中常见的炎症因子包括白介素(IL)-6、IL-1、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α及C超敏反应蛋白(CRP),有关炎症标志物对身体功能、运动能力、身体力量和体育锻炼方面的研究多集中于老年人。年龄伴随着身体功能和运动能力的降低,最终影响生活质量并可能最终导致独立活动能力降低。炎症标志物(尤其是TNF-α、IL-6、Il-1β和CRP)与老年人致残率和死亡率有关。促炎症细胞因子已经证实与心血管疾病有关,
