高脂血症动物模型研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 高脂血症是指脂肪代谢或转运异常所致的血浆中1种或多种脂质高于正常的疾病,其临床发病率高,常分为高胆固醇(TC)血症、高甘油三脂(TG)血症和混合型高脂血症(即同时表现高TG和高TC血症)〔1〕,是导致多种重大疾病如心脑血管病、肥胖和严重糖尿病等的重要危险因素。高脂血症动物模型的建立对于高脂血症发病机制及相关药物的筛选研究具有重要意义。已建立的模型大致可分为饮食诱导、
