贝那普利与丙泊酚联合对糖尿病模型大鼠心肌缺血再灌注的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究贝那普利预处理后联合丙泊酚对糖尿病模型大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法选用成年大鼠60只,成功制备糖尿病模型后随机分为模拟手术过程组,模型组,丙泊酚组,贝那普利组及贝那普利联合丙泊酚组。再灌注完成后即刻测检各项心肌酶(乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶和肌酸激酶同工酶)、心肌组织中SOD活性、丙二醛含量;测定Caspase-3表达;应用Western印迹法测定Akt的磷酸化(p-Akt)水平。结果丙泊酚单独应用对3项观察指标都有显著影响,有较好的心肌保护作用;贝那普利单独应用有轻微的心肌保护作用(只影响心肌酶);贝那普利联合丙泊酚用药后作用较丙泊酚单独应用对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注的保护作用进一步增强。结论贝纳普利单独应用对心肌的保护作用有限,但与丙泊酚联合用药能显著增强对糖尿病大鼠心肌缺血再灌注的保护作用。
