应用PCR-RFLP检测老年静脉血栓人群凝血酶原基因突变
摘要
目的探讨汉族健康人群和老年静脉血栓病患者中G20210A突变的发生率。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)分析技术对某地区72例健康个体和43例老年静脉血栓患者进行G20210A基因突变研究分析。结果汉族健康个体和老年静脉血栓患者均未检出G20210A基因突变类型包括纯合子和杂合子。结论 G20210A突变可能不是某地区汉族健康人群和老年静脉血栓病患者发病的主要危险因素。
