N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体在可卡因成瘾中作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 活动依赖的突触传递能效的改变,在多种记忆学习中起着重要的作用。药物成瘾的过程中,往往伴随着突触传递效能的改变。研究发现,参与成瘾的分子机制与突触可塑性的分子机制有很大重合。有观点认为成瘾是一种异常的学习记忆行为。在可卡因成瘾中,不仅在不同脑区有突触可塑性的产生,而且兴奋性突触可塑性的分子开关-N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体(NMDA)的组成及其生理特性都发生了改变。
