摘要
齿突骨折（ OF）是80岁以上老年人中最易发生的脊柱骨折类型〔1〕。 OF分为Ⅰ型，Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型，其中Ⅱ型是最常见的类型，其不稳定程度和死亡率均位列三种类型之首。目前老年人Ⅱ型OF的治疗方式包括保守治疗和手术治疗，但是考虑这两种治疗方式的不同特点和老年人的特殊体质，治疗方案的选择标准在国际上仍然存在很大争议。本文对老年人Ⅱ型OF的分类，治疗方法及不同方法之间的疗效作一综述。
