力竭运动模型大鼠接受石菖蒲正丁醇提取物干预后红细胞形态参数及免疫黏附变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨石菖蒲正丁醇提取物对跑台运动大鼠红细胞(RBC)形态参数、免疫功能及自由基代谢的影响。方法 6周龄SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、单纯运动组、石菖蒲正丁醇提取物组、人参提取物组(运动+人参提取物组)。所有运动大鼠进行4 w的跑台训练,最后一次进行力竭跑台。股动脉采血测定RBC形态和相关参数、RBC超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量及RBC免疫黏附功能(RBC C3b受体花环率和RBC免疫复合物花环率)等指标。结果实验4 w后,RBC、血红蛋白、血细胞比容、RBC中SOD活性、RBC C3b受体花环率和RBC免疫复合物花环率值明显高于单纯运动组,而平均RBC体积、RBC体积分布宽度、RBC中MDA含量和畸形RBC百分率显著低于单纯运动组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论石菖蒲正丁醇提取物具有改善耐力运动引起的大鼠贫血状态、减轻RBC损伤、提高耐力运动大鼠RBC抗氧化能力和免疫功能等作用。 Objective To study the effects of n-Bu OH extracts from Acorus tatarinowii Schott on morphology,morphological indexes,antioxidation and immunity capacity of erythrocytes in exercised rats. Methods The six-week old rats were divided randomly into normal,exercise,exercise + Ginseng extract( serving as positive control group),exercise + n-Bu OH extracts from Acorus tatarinowii Schott groups. The exercised rats had treadmill running for 4 weeks,and at the last time they run exhaustively. The morphology and morphological indexes of erythrocyte,function of erythrocyte immune and antioxidation were tested after treadmill running exhaustively. Results n-Bu OH extracts from Acorus tatarinowii Schott increased the counts of RBC,the contents of Hb,the value of HCT,the percentage of RBC-C3 bR and RBC-ICR and the activity of RBC-SOD,decreasing the value of MCV and RDW,RBC-MDA contents and the percentage of misshapen RBCs compared to those of exercised group( P<0. 01,P<0. 05). Conclusions n-Bu OH extracts from Acorus tatarinowii Schott are effective on ameliorating anemia,protecting morphological integrity of erythrocyte from injury by endurance exercise and improving antioxidation and immunity capacity of erythrocytes in rats by endurance exercise.
