摘要
目的观察在免疫抑制家兔背部开展推拿疗法对机体不同组织免疫网络介质β-内啡肽(EP)含量的影响。方法将21只家兔随机平均分为空白组、模型组和推拿组,采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺的方法造模,观察各组动物下丘脑、血浆、淋巴组织β-EP含量的变化。结果模型组、推拿组下丘脑组织β-EP的含量增加,与空白组比较差异显著(P<0.05,P<0.01);与模型组比较,推拿组下丘脑组织β-EP的含量增加(P<0.05)。模型组、推拿组血浆β-EP的含量降低,与空白组比较差异显著(P<0.05,P<0.01);推拿组与模型组比较,血浆β-EP的含量降低(P<0.05)。模型组、推拿组淋巴组织β-EP的含量降低,与空白组比较差异显著(P<0.05,P<0.01);推拿组与模型组比较,淋巴组织β-EP的含量增加(P<0.01)。结论背部推拿疗法提高机体免疫功能的可能机制之一是能够有效促进机体免疫网络介导物质β-EP的合成、分泌与分布,从而发挥其预防疾病、保健身体的作用。
Objective To observe the influence of Tuina therapy on the back to the content ofβ-EP in different body tissues of immune suppression rabbits. Methods 21 rabbits were randomly divided into blank,model and tuina groups. The peritoneal injection of cyclophosphamide was used to prepare the immunosuppressive rabbit. The contents of β-EP in the hypothalamus,plasma and lymphoid tissue were observed. Results The contents ofβ-EP in the hypothalamus of model and tuina groups were higher than those of control group( P<0. 05,P<0. 01). The content ofβ-EP in the hypothalamus of tuina group was higher than that of model group( P < 0. 05); The contents of β-EP in plasma of model and tuina groups were lower than those of control group( P<0. 05,P<0. 01),the content of β-EP in plasma of tuina group was lower than that of model group( P<0. 05); The contents of β-EP in lymphoid tissue of model and tuina groups were lower than those of control group( P<0. 05,P<0. 01),the content of β-EP in lymphoid tissue of tuina group was higher than that of model group( P<0. 05). Conclusions Tuina therapy could promote the synthesis,secretion and distribution of β-EP to play the role of physical health and disease prevention.
