甘油三酯/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值与2型糖尿病患者微量蛋白尿的相关性

摘要 目的探讨甘油三酯(TG)/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)比值与2型糖尿病患者微量蛋白尿的相关性。方法选取2007年1月1日至2012年6月31日至江苏省省级机关医院内分泌科就诊的1 056例2型糖尿病患者,收集患者一般资料及相关实验室指标,包括性别、年龄、身高、体重、糖尿病病程、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、TG、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、HDL-C、尿微量白蛋白/肌酐等。结果随着TG/HDL-C比值的增加,患者体重指数(BMI)、吸烟率、舒张压(DBP)、HbA1c、TG、总胆固醇(TC)、LDL-C、微量蛋白尿患病率及他汀类降脂药使用率随之增加。Logistic回归分析发现,TG/HDL-C是2型糖尿病患者微量蛋白尿发生的一个独立危险因子。结论 TG/HDL-C比值与2型糖尿病患者微量蛋白尿发生密切相关,临床上给予足够重视。
