IKKε/TBK1信号通路调控与致癌作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 IKKε和TBK1是2个IκB激酶(IKK)相关激酶,他们之间形成异源二聚体,共同参与调控干扰素调节因子(IRF)与核因子(NF)-κB的信号级联,从而调控天然免疫和炎症代谢疾病,甚至肿瘤的形成。IKKε和TBK1在NF-κB信号通路活化过程中与经典的IKK(IKKα、IKKβ)都具有磷酸化靶点的作用,所以国外学者多把IKKε和TBK1称为NF-κB的额外活化激酶,
