镉与老年性痴呆关系的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 老年性痴呆又称阿尔茨海默病(AD),是一种慢性大脑退行性变性疾病,临床上主要表现为进行性记忆减退、认知功能障碍和精神症状;病理上以老年斑、神经纤维缠结(NTFs)和神经元丢失为主要特征〔1〕。镉是有毒重金属之一,是人体非必需元素〔2〕,其生产和使用会对环境造成污染并且影响人群健康〔3〕。1镉的理化性质、暴露途径及其在人体内的代谢1.1镉的理化性质镉是一种质软。
