小胶质细胞与β淀粉样蛋白致阿尔茨海默病研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(AD)主要表现为进行性记忆和认知功能下降,行为异常和社交障碍〔1〕。其主要病理改变是大脑皮层和海马等脑区神经细胞外老年斑(SP)形成、神经细胞内出现神经纤维缠结(NFT)、神经突触丢失和神经元大量死亡〔2,3〕。AD患者脑内出现大量蛋白样沉淀及神经纤维的交联。β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)是脑内蛋白样沉淀最重要的组成部分〔4〕。尽管AD发病机制目前还不十分明确。
