苦参碱对高频左心房起搏房颤模型兔的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的应用微电极阵(MEA)技术研究苦参碱对高频左心房起搏房颤模型兔的影响,探讨其可能具有的抗房颤作用。方法 60只成年新西兰大白兔,随机分成对照组、起搏组、苦参碱A组(5 mg/kg)、苦参碱B组(10 mg/kg)、苦参碱C组(20 mg/kg),苦参碱D组(40 mg/kg),每组10只。连续高频左心房起搏3 w后,开胸取出心脏,用柔性电极贴附心房肌,分别记录各组场电位和激动传导的变化。结果起搏组与对照组相比,场电位时限(f APD)明显缩短,传导速度(CV)减慢,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。苦参碱各组与起搏组相比,f APD、CV分别呈浓度依赖性延长与加快,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论在房颤兔模型中,苦参碱能有效延长心房肌f APD和加快CV,显示出较好的抗房颤作用。 Objective To research the effect of Matrine on left atrium high-frequency pacing rabbit atrial fibrillation model byMicroelectrode array( MEA) technology and explore whether it has anti-atrial fibrillation effect. Methods Sixty rabbits of either sexwere randomly divided into 6 groups: control,pacing,Matrine A( 5 mg/kg),Matrine B( 10 mg/kg),Matrine C( 20 mg/kg),Ma-trine D( 40 mg/kg) groups,ten rabbits in each group. The thoracic cavity was opened to expose the heart after left atrium continuoushigh frequency pacing for 3 weeks. Then,the flexible electrodes were used to attach the atrial muscle,the changes of field action poten-tial and electric excitement conduction were recorded in each group. Results In pacing group,the f APD was shortened and CV wasdelayed when compared with the control group. In Matrine groups,the f APD were concentration-dependent prolonged and CV were con-centration-dependent accelerated when compared with the pacing group. The differences were significant( all P<0.05).ConclusionsMatrine could prolong the f APD and accelerate CV in rabbit atrial fibrillation model. It indicates that Matrine has good anti-atrial fibril-lation effect.
