Diversin在结直肠癌中表达及与临床病理因素的关系

Expression of diversin in colorectal cancer and its clinical significance

目的研究Diversin在结直肠癌组织中的表达及与临床病理因素的关系。方法收集沈阳医学院附属中心医院病理科结直肠癌蜡块组织51例及配对的癌旁组织,采用EnVision两步法检测Diversin在结直肠癌组织及癌旁组织中的免疫组织化学表达。结果 Diversin在结直肠癌组织阳性表达率(80.39%)明显高于癌旁组织(9.80%),且Diversin在不同分化程度,临床分级,淋巴结转移的结直肠癌患者中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Diversin在结直肠癌中高表达,并且与结直肠癌患者的分化程度、临床分级、淋巴结转移有关,可能成为结直肠癌诊治的生物学标记物。

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of diversin in colorectal cancer tissues.Methods The expression of diversin in 51 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were measured using EnVision two-step method.Results The positive rate of diversin was 80.39%in colorectal cancer tissues,which was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(9.80%).The expression of diversin in colorectal cancer was positively correlated with the degree of differentiation,clinical grade,and lymph node metastasis,regardless of age,gender,and tumor location.Conclusions Diversin is highly expressed in colorectal cancer,and it might be a new biomarker for the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.
