摘要 术后认知功能障碍(POCD)是常见的多发生于老年人术后的认知功能改变的一种临床现象,其发病机制复杂且不清楚,并与多种因素相关。现就POCD诊断标准和发病率、发病机制及危险因素、术后认知功能的改善等几大方面进行综述。 Postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD) is a common phenomenon in the cognitive function of elderly patients after surgery, the pathogenesis of the disease is complex and not clear, and related to a variety of factors. In order to provide reference for the related research and clinical work, the author summarized the diagnostic criteria and the incidence, pathogenesis, risk factors of POCD, and improvement of cognitive function after surgery.
