The study of signal pathways in osteoarthritis

摘要 目前已经证实骨关节炎(OA)的发生、发展与许多细胞信号通路存在密切相关性。围绕这些通路进行相关药物及非药物治疗OA机制的研究成为热点,为了更方便地熟悉这些通路与OA的关系,本文将对Notch、Wnt、SDF-1/CXCR4、OPG-RANK-RANKL及p38-MAPK信号通路与OA的关系作一综述,以期为从信号通路层面研究OA的发病、治疗及康复机制奠定理论基础。 The relationship between osteoarthritis(OA) and cell signaling pathways had been confirmed by the study. The research of drug and non drug treatment of OA had become a hot spot around these pathways. In order to lay a theoretical foundation for the study of OA from the aspects of signal pathways, this article summarized the relationship between OA and Notch, Wnt, SDF-1/CXCR4, OPG-RANK-RANKL and p38-MAPK pathways.
