Podocalyxin是足细胞中特异的标志蛋白,在各种致损伤因素的作用下,足细胞可发生形态学及细胞骨架成分的变化,造成不可逆性损伤,从而发生肾小球性蛋白尿、血尿。在肾脏疾病中,足细胞损伤可能是致病关键,研究肾小球足细胞标志物podocalyxin可为相关肾病的诊治提供新的思路。本文对podocalyxin与肾脏疾病间的联系作一综述。

Podocalyxin is a specific marker of podocyte. When various injury factors act on it, the change of its morphology and cytoskeletal components will occur, even inducing irreversible damage and glomerular proteinuria and hematuria. In kidney disease, podocyte injury may be a key pathogenic factor. The study of podocalyxin can provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of some kidney diseases. This article reviewed the relationship between the podocalyxin and kidney diseases.
