超脉冲二氧化碳激光联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗睑黄瘤的临床效果分析

Clinical efficacy of super-pulsed carbon dioxide laser combined with bFGF in treatment of eyelid yellow tumour

目的探讨超脉冲二氧化碳(CO_2)激光联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(贝复新)治疗睑黄瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月至2015年1月我院收治的睑黄瘤患者68例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组34例。对照组予以超脉冲CO2激光治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用贝复新治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率100%,对照组85.29%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组创面肉芽生长时间以及创面愈合时间均相比于对照组显著缩短(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的美容效果评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超脉冲CO_2激光联合贝复新治疗睑黄瘤可提高临床疗效,促进创面愈合,改善美容效果,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of super-pulsed carbon dioxide laser combined with b FGF in treatment of eyelid yellow tumour. Methods From January 2013 to January 2015, 68 cases of eyelid yellow tumour patients in our hospital were randomly assigned into observation group and control group, 34 cases in each group. The control group received super-pulsed carbon dioxide laser treatment, the observation group received b FGF treatment based on the control group, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The cure and efficiency rate of was 100% in observation group, control group was 85.29%, the observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05); In observation group, time of wound granulation growth and wound healing time were significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05); The cosmetic effect of observation group score after treatment was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Super-pulsed carbon dioxide laser combined with b FGF in treatment of eyelid yellow tumour can improve the clinical efficacy and promote wound healing, improve cosmetic results, worthy of promotion in clinical applications.
