摘要
Numb蛋白最初被认为是一种细胞命运决定子,具有调控细胞不等分裂、胞吞、细胞黏附、迁移等多种功能。近来,众多研究确认Numb作为抑癌基因在多种恶性肿瘤中表达缺失,在癌症的发展过程扮演重要角色。Numb调控Notch、p53、Hedghog等信号通路的活性,并抑制肿瘤上皮间质细胞转化过程。本文对其在肿瘤中的表达情况及其抑癌的分子机制作一综述。
Numb protein was recognized as a cell fate determinant at first time, which displayed a complex pattern of functions such as the control of asymmetric cell division, cell adhesion and cell migration. Recently, lots of studies have confirmed that numb played an important role as a tumor suppressor in the progression of tumors, as loss of Numb expression was common in various malignant diseases. Numb can adjust Notch, p53 and Hedghog signal pathways and inhibit EMT of tumors. This paper summarized its expression and molecular mechanism with tumors.
