摘要
诱导性多能干细胞在形态与增殖能力方面与胚胎干细胞极其类似,是将特定的转录因子导入细胞中,诱导其重编程而得。诱导性多能干细胞与胚胎干细胞高度相似,避开了细胞来源、伦理、法律和宗教等的限制,且解决了免疫排斥问题,又因其来源广泛、容易获得,在疾病治疗、药物研发等领域的研究中有着广泛的应用前景。目前,诱导性多能干细胞领域依然存在着诱导效率低、遗传安全性不明确等问题。
Induced pluripotent stem cells(i PS cells) can be directly generated from somatic cells by introducing a defined set of transcription factors. i PS cells exhibit phenotypic and multiplication capacity similarities to the embryonic stem cells. Because of i PS cells avoiding the constraints of cell source, ethics, law, religion and immune rejection, and wide range of sources, they have broad potential application prospects in the field of disease treatment and drug research. Currently, there are still many problems in the technology of i PS cells, such as the low induced efficiency and unclear genetic security and so on.
